Mr. Hassan Yisa, Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, is an operations focused leader with over two decades of experience across finance, credit management, and large scale business operations. Over time, he has built deep working knowledge across oil and gas services, aviation and logistics, mining and natural resources, construction and infrastructure, agriculture, and real estate, developing a clear understanding of how each sector operates, how value is created, and how systems must be structured to support execution.

Through years of hands on exposure, he has studied the flow of operations across these industries, including how projects are delivered, how resources move through the value chain, and how performance is driven from planning to execution. This practical understanding allows him to connect operational processes across all six sectors and ensure alignment in how the Group executes at scale.

At Elin Group, he serves as Chief Operating Officer, where he oversees day to day operations across all subsidiaries. He strengthens systems, streamlines processes, and ensures consistent execution standards across the Group’s diversified portfolio.

His ability to understand how each sector functions in practice enables Elin Group to operate with structure, coordination, and efficiency across multiple industries while maintaining strong execution discipline.
